Went in for a collection, a medium pizza 2 toppings. Placed the order told 15 minutes wait not an issue. Looked at their make screen was 2 mediums 1 Classic c+t and a create your own. 35 minutes later still didn?t have it yet watched multiple orders made before mine for delivery. Make time should be under 2 minutes and cook time in their oven at 230degrees is 6.5 minutes.
They need to improve or otherwise not only with they be bottom of their score boards in the company but they will lose business fast in Newmarket.

Always had perfect pizza from Newmarket. got offered free pizza threw email. Must admit first two colleagues that I spoke to through phone were very unhelpful and said must use app to redeem free code I was offered. I don?t use internet and alway order through phone. I was put through to manager and he sorted it without question. I believe Newmarket store to be the best in the area, Always great pizza!

A great option for a gluten-free takeaway. I'm coeliac and I've had several pizzas from here with no ill effects afterwards.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options are clearly labelled on the menu. Suitable for coeliacs, staff understand the risk of cross contamination.

Don?t order from Dominos much, but visiting Newmarket and not many other options that would work from a hotel with no cutlery. Saying that, we both remarked it was the best we?ve had, cooked perfectly, ample toppings and hot and tasty. Great delivery driver who followed instructions and called when outside (thanks, Christie!). Sounds like a well run store all round. Recommend!

It's Dominos, so you mainly know what to expect. As a family, we probably buy once every other week and haven't ever had any issues with the Newmarket branch. They do some great deals on the app. Although the 'pizza tracker' function doesn't usually send notifications as your order is processed. I have to keep logging in to check the status. We also use the Sawston branch, but I find their pizzas always seem slightly undercooked, and they could do with longer in the oven. I prefer the Newmarket cooking time, it's just right.

If you are a vegetarian, do not touch the his place, they handle the meat, then do the vegetarian pizzas. Totally disgusted, £32 spent, I won't be eating it. ? ?????

I have not picked my food up yet so unable to mark food, but dominos is dominos.But I have just made an order for Sunday for my son birthday party and spoke to the nicest person via the phone Martin.He was so helpful that it's definitely the way forward if you ever need food for a birthday party.We had tried other pizza places and the attitude was terrible and very expensive and one quote was another dominos in cherry hintonMartin is an asset to Your teamHelpful polite and customer focused.Thanks martin and the team in newmarket
