Excellent service from start to finish. Staff attentive and kept up to date by emails and texts from carpet measuring to fitting. Received a phone call and email reminder the day before fitting. Mark the fitter contacted us by phone prior to his arrival did an excellent fitting job in double quick time. I cant fault the service given, thanks.

Avoid!
What started off an exciting and enjoyable experience, has turned into a stressful nightmare.
I made an order roughly 2 weeks ago as part of a house renovation which currently has no flooring.
Since the order was placed, Carpetright have announced the possibility of going into administration.
This leaves me in a very stressful position as I paid the sum of £2,700 in full on the day.
Carpetright have since closed their customer service line and fail to provide me with any kind of update or documentation.
This leaves me completely in the dark with the position of my order.
The only thing carpet right are certain of is not providing their customers with refunds.
