The bar area was absolutely full of flies when I visited today, crawling all over the coffee machine, the milks and signage. It made my stomach turn so I left without ordering.

This review is for the delivery experience?the in-store service is almost always great. When ordering through Deliveroo or Uber Eats at this store, I often order food and then receive something different or nothing at all because the food was not in stock. I then have to manually request a refund whereas other companies on the same delivery platforms do this for you automatically. So my suggestions would be:
1. Update your stock on UberEats and Deliveroo. If it?s not in stock, people shouldn?t be allowed to add it to their basket.
2. If you don?t have the item the customer ordered, organize their refund through the delivery platform. Don?t make them have to do it. A scrawled note on the receipt telling the customer they should request a refund seems like half effort.
It?s almost like this store views the delivery orders as lower priority where customer service is concerned. As I said earlier, if you?re going in store then you will probably have a great experience.

Ordered on ubereats, order included a note apologising for a lack of ice and fully stamped loyalty cards for 2 free drinks. Very, very kind gesture. Huge thank you to whomever fulfilled my order.

Wonderful experience from the staff and a perfect coffee, place has certainly improved over the last few months and this afternoon I think I have had the best cappuccino I?ve had in an age. Excellent work to all the staff who were so friendly and bought my coffee to the table.

Like the coffee and the ciabattas. Not cheap like other places, my advice is to get a reusable cup (double stamps) and maybe get voucher codes from that certain place.

It wasn?t bad for a period of time; we visited often and spent a lot of time and money there because it?s kind of our local coffee shop. However, we noticed the quality of the coffee and service has started to decline. Two days ago, we visited again, and the coffee we had was undrinkable. One of our drinks had a hint of salt in it, and the other seemed to be made from leftovers from the previous coffee. The taste was awful, and we had to leave both on the table, hoping to send a message to the staff. After all this, we decided that we will not go there again.

Very rude old British lady/barista. Sorry, I did not catch the name. Uninformed about drinks and loyalty programs, with ?nay? attitude to everything. Making clients feel unwelcome. Fighting clients and coworkers. The rest of the staff is usually super friendly, helpful and professional but one experience like I had today can make you lose clients and possibly staff. Awful service by Eastern European lady in the maroon/dark red t shirt a while back. Very rude, glaring at customers and behaving in a very annoyed mood when taking orders. Other staff are lovely though, especially the man with the curly brown hair wearing a black shirt.Seating is nice and comfortable but the staff are VERY slow at clearing tables up - most tables left uncleared for hours and the toilets are very unclean too.

Main reason for this review is a lovely lady Penny!She was absolutely amazing. My 17MO accidentally knocked over my drink. How embarrassing? Penny straight away came over, cleaned it up and was super kind and sweet to both myself and toddler!I then went to re buy my drink and Penny gave it to me, free of charge! She?d just cleaned up our mess!!! What an absolute legend. Thank you Penny, you made our day! ??Dietary restrictions: Vegan
