Waited 15 minutes for a veggie burger. It came so burnt it was black. I went to complain, the young lad at the till told me that's how it's supposed to be. Insisted on a replacement. 22 minutes later I get my food. No apology, nothing. He even made me get out the seat I was sat at with my partner to go get it from him. The food/service/atmosphere was so bad it's almost satirical. Burger King please investigate and restructure this branch. Absolute joke.

We used to go here all the time, but over the past decade we've seen the quality go down a fair bit. Today we stopped off for a bite to eat, and immediately we realized there was a sign telling us to order at the kiosk - no orders were being taken over the counter! The screen was unresponsive and it took longer than just speaking to someone.
They used to have a thing where all the condiments/salts etc were available, but that's not there anymore, and we had to ask instead. The food was alright but dad's burger was burnt around the outer edges, the food was lukewarm and both our fries had clearly rested under a heat lamp. We could've asked for new food, but before, we could just come in and get their signature burgers no problem. It's unlikely we'll be returning to this branch again.

Ordered on the app and again missed items. It?s always same guy and always has an argument. 8-9pm 4-5 times now

Rubbish, I was told that that management had said that customers had to use koisk, and was asked if needed help. No, helped wasn't needed. I have enough interaction with ordering remotely via computers. Speaking to a person is nice. Just not in Burger King it seems.

Ordered plant based whopper no onions got home and was a meat whopper with onions tried to call number on receipt doesn't work! Really bad check the orders

We have ordered 2 chicken royale's and one burger on the app at 8:00pm. We came to collect it and waited until 8.30pm. When I asked the girl whats taking so long she said that they couldn't cook the ham. Here's a question to the staff: If you can't even work at burger king, what else can you do? I used to hate my job working at the bar, but despite that customers still didn't have to wait 30 mins for a drink or a coffee. Looking at the other reviews, if the staff are not sorted out, all of these youngsters will be flipping burgers on the pan for the rest of their lives.
If i wanted to wait 30 mins for a fast 'food burger' I would have went into a restaurant. Overall, they could put a lot more effort in, and they know that themselves.

Mayo price ridiculous!
Why is ketchup free but mayo charged?
No lid given for drink when drinking in? It?s a takeaway cup? I had not finished my drink after my meal. You would have thought I had asked for something ridiculous but no just can I have a lid.
Glad I am not local. The rudeness of the staff was unacceptable.
