Brilliant petrol station with delicious Marks & Spencer food section, and a great choice of other branded food, newspapers, etc. This is one of our favourite places to shop for food in Newmarket. Plus, the staff couldn't be lovelier. Always helpful and kind. All round perfection!

The hoover doesn't work since days, mentioned it to the staff politely but all I got was an arrogant answer "Nobody complained yet", yes I did a day before also a gentleman complained as well. Costumer service 0, didn't even try to look at it, ignored me on the end. Shame, as I am an every day customer.
