Customer Feedback ? First Visit to Boots Opticians-Guineas
As a first-time customer at Boots Opticians, I wasn?t sure what to expect. I had some doubts initially, unsure if I would find what I needed?but I?m so glad I decided to go in. I don?t regret it at all.
I want to express my heartfelt thanks to Tracey, who was incredibly patient, professional, and helpful while I struggled to choose the right glasses. She spent much more time with me than I expected, guiding me through trying different frames and explaining each step clearly when it came to lens options. Thanks to her support, I was able to make a confident decision?without her help, I would have needed much more time to decide what suited me best.
I also want to mention kind David, who was always happy to help, and the young lady who did my eye test?she was professional, patient, and kind throughout the process.
I met two more team members whose names I unfortunately don?t remember, but they were just as friendly and helpful. As a team, the staff at Boots Opticians made my experience truly positive. Thank you all!

I can never remember the ladies name who does my eye test. She is incredible. She is very relaxing and I used to hate having my eyes test but she is very detailed and informative. Especially when I take my daughter too.
