Went here on the off chance, but would not return, unfortunately. Spent £25 for 2 meals 1 was a breakfast, which was ok mushrooms tasted weird, possibly old and over done. My son had a burger and chips, which was so disappointing. It looked horrible, thin and cheap, although it was definitely not cheap! I had a caramel iced latte, nothing special, way too sweet then what I normally have, but maybe just my personal preference. Staff were very friendly though and can't really say about the atmosphere as it was quite empty at the time. Sorry guys, but the quality of food for the price could be so much better!

We were there on a quiet Sunday evening. The service was lovely. The waiter was very nice and friendly. I had a great steak and kidney pie with chips. Another iconic English meal checked off my list. My father enjoyed his pork chops and chips. We took some delicious cake home with us.

This is like a second home and family to my wife and myself. !! The owners and staff are so friendly, and we have a great laugh every time... (at least twice a week) when we visit. And importantly the food is great and good value..all cooked at the time. FAB.Thanks Figgy and Ali and all the other friendly staff.?

Was about to go in for breakfast until I looked through the window and saw the only guy working picking his nose in the kitchen . Put me right off . Dirty people

Beware of hidden costs as wanted grated cheese on top of chilli carne and slices of onions on salad. When the bill came I questioned it why was it more than usual, he said extra £3 for cheese and onions also £2.50 for a can of Fanta which was absurd so won?t be visiting there

Breakfast was over priced I asked for raw black pudding the employee wrote it down and said she could do that I didn?t get raw I got cooked I didn?t get told while ordering that the black pudding was £2 extra it said fried bread and I got toast well I?m not coming
