Absolutely useless, when you place an order and told it will ready by 4pm today, no correspondence so we end up ringing the store (head office) to be told that hopefully it will be ready tomorrow by 4pm. Would never by another thing from this company, they are not trustworthy

I was recently brought a flymo Vac 250 mower as a present, only to find the item was faulty. I contacted the manufacturer who stated to take the item to store for a refund with the receipt. When I got to store I spoke the manager called Paul. Took over 38mins to deal with my replacement. Kept asking for the order No and collection etc. he then went around the back of the til to speak to a college where I over heard him accuse me of given him a fake receipt. When I mentioned this to him he became defensive and rude. Denied he never said it when I heard him stating he needed the receipt. I explained it was a gift and I only have a copy which I have provided him along with the Activation code from flymo. This accumulated two members of staff ( one supervisor and sales assistant)I ask if he could ask head office to look into it which he agreed.In the end the issue was resolved nor did he apologise. Overall I found the length of time it took was too long he was not very professional at all. Should had never accused me of given him a fake receipt- for that two stars.I will be making head office aware of this also as it?s appalling.Would also help if staff knew that online receipts on agros account are the same receipt as the confirmation order ( when you place an order)Had to explain this to some young girl in store on 8th July 23, who seemed not to know this was trying to turn me away with regards to replacement for my faulty camera. Whilst explaining this to her she rudely interrupted me telling she needs the confirmation receipt. ( really she should know this as she works there, seems as customer I know more than her) Agros please skool your staff properly on returns, refunds and exchanges. ( receipt on agros online account) it?s embarrassing and very frustrating

Unethical staff!Came to pick up the parcel to find it was very long and heavy. They refused to help me put in the car! They saw me dragging it and struggling to do on my own but didn?t help even when I asked. I am not sure if they were being racist or just unethical! Disgusted with the behaviour! Won?t go ever again

Bought a Microwave from Argos just over a week ago. It was faulty, so returned it back to Argos. The chap on the counter was super helpful, no quibble and happy to provide me with a gift vouche for my trouble.
