I?ve been using this salon for over a year now. The first two times I got my eyebrows threaded they were prefect. After that staff take off why too much off my eyebrows. Everytime I go there they try and talk me to have my eyebrows done. My eyebrows take long to grown back but they don?t seem to care just interested in taking your money. There?s only one person that?s good at eyebrows seems to only work thurs/fri. I have other treatments done there but find the staff very heavy handed. ( instead of asking you to turn your head turn your head quite forcefully) after I had my treatment done I went to pay by card the woman said she only accepting cash.I?ve always pay by card, word of advice next time you want paying in cash mention this at the beginning before the customer has any treatment done, not after treatment been completed.She gave me some story that machine wasn?t working?Personally I think she didn?t mention it as she was afraid to loose a customer. So I had to go to the bank to withdraw the money out. Only person I will go to this women who works thurs/Fri and when she?s not there I will go elsewhere. Stars would have been lower if it weren?t for the one staff that?s excellent.
