I did some paddle boarding and moor at the pub. We had the fush and chips... really goog, the best so far this summer. Sam was serving us, a butbthanks for him.
Also, the place is clean and have agreat atmosphere. Highly recommend!!

Table booked for 1pm. Main dishes arrived at 2.30pm. Considering it was not busy for a Wednesday lunchtime this is an unacceptable wait. I suggest you get more kitchen staff if you want to remain a viable business. Service poor, food average. My husbands french fries were dry and hard, not cooked fresh in my opinion. Considering you had 1.5 hours to cook a fresh batch this is poor.
Disappointed this visit so for that reason we won't return.

Garden dining on proper chairs not just picnic tables. Love the small plate options. My small Ceasar salad was huge though. Very friendly staff . Good drink selection.

We stopped for lunch today and was seated in a nice spot near the river, we were served by a lovely young lady I think it was her 2nd day working there, she was very friendly and checked in on us regularly to see if everything was ok. Food was lovely will definitely be back.
