Tried to get delivery. It?s been almost 2 hours and still no food. We called them 30 min ago and they said it would be 20 min and that they had ?just received? our order. Don?t waste your time.

Their website will let you order even if they are closed. It will take your money and when you call at an open time they refuse to help. Never tried the food and never will now. FIX YOUR

Kung Po chicken, king prawn chow mein and egg fried rice ordered; Takeaway came, and went straight in the bin! Phoned up to let them know the food wasn't good, smelt funny, tasted odd and looked terrible! All that was said it's cooked the original Chinese way, sorry!
Sorry for the honest review - £20 down and still hungry.... Order with caution!

The 4.0 rating is misleading. I've been ordering from them for over a year, but they've missed the mark twice within a month... First instance, I ordered online for delivery amd five minutes later got a call that kinda-almost said my order wasn't ordered... which made no sense, so I asked if she was trying to say it didn't go through. She then asked if I wanted to cancel. I said no, then she informed me my order would arrive in 10 minutes. It did, but the next day I got another call from her saying the payment didn't go through. (Come to find out she had not ran the audit that evening, but I fell for it.) So I apologized and assured her I would bring money... I called my bank ahead of time, they said the payment was still pending and that I didn't owe her money.. but I could bring her cash if she printed a receipt, so I could file fraud if she didn't take the original charge off. Easy enough, so I took cash and she said she couldn't print a receipt for a cash order...... so, I couldn't prove to my bank that she basically got 2X payments for food. I chalked it up as a misunderstanding and tried ordering again 2 weeks later on Saturday. It has so far been 2 hours and there is no delivery to be seen. I should call Dragon House to deal with this, but I'm about ready to just order elsewhere and wait until tomorrow to file a dispute as dealing with them is a headache.

Ordered for delivery?over an hour later I called and was told for me to pick up it up instead they haven?t even made my food. I asked why they didn?t call me sooner. I had to call to find out my food isn?t coming and the lady said it?s not her fault she just takes the orders?wow, what a joke?no customer service whatsoever. Never order from this place ever! I just canceled my order fully, they better give my money back.

FRAUD! Parents ordered a meal here as they usually do, realised couple days later they had been charged £70 for a meal which should have been £13, manager refused to refund as apparently problem with their tills that night! ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS! used to be good before ownership changed!

Been using dragon house for 10+ years and it?s just got worse and worse. Delivery is awful. Food ordered 2 hours before to call and be told it?s on its way to then call again and told ticket hasn?t been printed or started yet. Phone passed around to several people non of which know what they are doing. Awful customer service, such a shame because when food does eventually arrive it?s quite nice. Just don?t want to eat it as past point of hungry now!

Ordered 19 30. No order by 20 15.Rang up with phone eventually answered. After having to spell my name out many times which i did, to be told is that NIGEL... no far from it. I was then told the driver is on the way there as we spoke. 50 minutes later still not here. Drove down there to be constantly asked if my name is sharon. Finally got food at 21 20.... got home to no rice and cold! ??
