Bad customer service, after taking my details and the lady's behind , guy got caught up in a discussion about future delivery times, and using the app to check then proceeded to log into computer totally forgetting that i was there.first., pointed that out and he retaliated by holding back my item because i didn't have my bank card although it stated i only needed photo i.d. on my message.
