I haven?t been to rumbles since 2021 and it is now 2025. I am American but lived in the Mildenhall area for 2-3 years. To this day they are still my fav fish and chips shop. Nothing that I?ve have in America in multiple states has compared or overseas where it was in England to Italy or Japan. Best UK fish and chips and when ever I go back to visit I?ll be stopping by ??.

Very pleased I tried here based on other reviews, as visiting due to working in the area. I went for the large cod, which was delicious - nice crispy batter and lovely white flakes of fish. Chips were a small portion (hate to see the large chips, as I got loads). These to were very nice and cooked perfectly. I also added a curry sauce, which was very tasty.
I must say, the service that I got was second to none - very friendly people who really know how to give great service (top marks guys).

I live around the area and left 2016 back in the US. I have always compared fish and chips from this place to other places I have been to, even traveling north of England, Europe, and stateside. This place has the best fish and chips. If I have another chance to come back to Mildenhall , rumble fish would be my first stop to eat. I decided to write this review as my appreciation, and as I am eating fish n chips here in california, I always remember that rumble fish is still my number 1.

Nowhere,is any better for absolutely beautiful kebabs.Top quality.Very reasonably priced.Staff are very nice.xxParking: Beside the kebab shop.

Chips were hard, not cooked enough, ordered large cod got 1 medium and a quarter of another cod.. had to wait 20 minutes for Cod to cook. Was very greasy. Won?t be coming back.
