I feel that this costa has started to go downhill the past 4 months if I?m honest. Me and my friend go in here every other week however last Friday will be the last time we go. First the young American lady was slumped over the counter yawning her head off while I was giving me order to her not the best start. Then she chucked my fiver and said I haven?t got the 4p to give you (my change should have been £5.04. We then proceed to sit down waiting for my toastie to be done. When it was she never shouted and walked straight passed it to the table next to us to clean it! I?m no snob but considering she short change me it would have been nice to bring it over to me. We got no napkins and no straws so yet again had to get up for that. I was going to have a word with the bloke that works in there as I believe he is a manager of some sort. But considering them two are forever laughing and giggling in the corner I felt it would be a waste of time. I won?t be going back there terrible service.

I went into Costa mildenhal this morning ordered a capachino the girl serving said £3,99 I gave her £10.00 she gave me £5.01 change I was in hurry so didn't see till I got to work I could not drink ghe coffee it was so strong and disgusting will never go again will drink water

I recently visited this Costa Coffee with my 14-year-old daughter and was upset by our experience. After a long wait for her order, a Becky, the day lead, responded to my polite inquiry with aggression, which made my daughter uncomfortable. Becky was unkind to the staff and myself as a customer, which made me feel uncomfortable for her colleagues but they said that is just the way she is. Perhaps she would be better away from the customers so as not to create an uncomfortable environment. Despite this, the rest of the staff were excellent?very polite, apologetic for the delay, and friendly with big smiles. They acknowledged the issue but still seemed to justify their colleague?s behavior. I hope management addresses these issues to improve customer service.

Nice and quiet place to enjoy good coffee-based drinks. Staff is cordial and always serving you witn a smile.

Have visited this location twice now and the coffee has been great. Have tried the golden caramel macchiato and the salted caramel frappe so far, both were delicious. The frappe was especially well-prepared. Friendly service and this location in Mildenhall even offers a military discount! The shop is clean, quiet, and comfortable and they have some outside seating as well. I am sure I will be back to this location many times.

They give discounts to blue card holders and first responder. I got the large cappuccino and Victorian sponge cake.

5 star plus service in mildenhall Costa coffee today what lovely gentleman, they really went above and beyond to make sure me and my daughter had lovely drinks.Highly recommend.Thank you

I love a coffee but the main attraction at this costa is the core staff team. They are always friendly faces that make me feel comfortable and welcome. More so one guy with a magnificent beard, he goes the extra mile, leaving my self and my little on with a smile.

Traditional coffee shop. Lots of young people studying something. The cup they delivered my Americano coffee in was huge and they happily gave me milk on the side. Lovely place.
