Good price and service initially. My door bars were not replaced so I had to call back for these. I also never received the 1 free rug that I was told is part of the service and despite emailing to find out about this the emails were just ignored

From start to finish, John, Jess & Teresa have been amazing. They gave me some great advice on what carpets/flooring would work best for the areas that needing doing. They went above and beyond, when I asked about a bespoke stair runner and wasn't disappointed with the result. I would thoroughly recommended you use them for your flooring.
