Visited martlesham heath costa yesterday, and we were served by a young lady by the name of Breanna, wow how good at her job is this young lady, her personality shone through, bubbly, welcoming and just awesome at her job, management material if ever I seen it , it was an absolute pleasure to be served by her, a credit to the company ?

Generally have very good service here, but some of the servers can be cold and rude, however coffee is always perfect

Went in today to get a hot chocolate and a babychino. I believe the man who served me was called Jo. He was so lovely and very polite! He asked how my day was going which hasn?t been great as my pup was going to heaven today. Jo shared his condolences and was really sweet! He made the babychino the right temperature and I can?t thank him enough for being such a lovely human being. I just want him to know that I?m thankful and I believe he will go far. My pup also thanks Jo for his babychino

Really disappointed with the service I witnessed today (27/04/2024). The girl on the till was very polite and accommodating, of whom I didn?t catch their name. However the blatant disrespect I witnessed from one of the barista maestro?s towards their colleagues left me feeling very uncomfortable as a customer. Personally I feel, they could do with some customer training, learn how to work in a team and treat their colleagues with some respect. Won?t be returning

The girl serving us on the till was amazing and very polite however the Barista Maestro on shift clearly lacked the people skills required to lead members of staff. He was disrespectful to the girl serving us and put her down in front of customers. This was disappointing to see as the young girl who served us was doing an incredible job and had great customer service skills.

Had a Capachino what was nice flavour however was cold. Loads of kids being loud knocking things over as well, so if like screaming kids go for it. On a Fridag midday.
