Sadly one of the slowest drive through Costas in the country. Always out of items and down to one machine. Well staffed and fairly new/modern but let down by service. Also, bring back cinnamon... it's not mined from moon minerals!

Just been through the drive through at this Costa and wanted to comment that the lady who took our order and the guy who gave us our order were so friendly and provided an excellent service. Lovely to see this time of year when things can be so busy!

Drove through on Sunday 5th Nov at 9am and the girls at the drive through window were so lovely, super friendly and chatting to our daughter. Such a nice start to the day.

Left something in the cafe - but when I rang got Costa Costa customers services which was as usefull as a chocolate teapot. Now I'll have to visit in person to find out if they even have it. Not impressed.

Feel like all Costa?s are declining in the area but this one especially. Food is mediocre, drinks are not the standard you?d expect. Got an iced latte and it was borderline warm not ?iced? at all you could make better at home and save your money. The place is dirty; tables rarely cleaned unless you ask, floors and chairs full of crumbs and dirty patches clearly haven?t been cleaned In a while. Flies are a huge issue too. Very hard to relax and enjoy anything in here won?t be returning, costa are definitely not closing the gap between them and Starbucks I?d genuinely drive the other side of town just to go to Starbucks instead. Service is okay the people friendly enough just not on it with cleaning and making up to scratch drinks unfortunately, they were also not busy so this isn?t the reason. But in any case I?d rather wait a bit longer for a decent drink and to be able to sit at a clean table/area.

Went in for my lunch with mum, had a 50% off voucher to use. Their WIFI never works so couldn't load it. However once i loaded it i went back up and asked if i could please pay again but with my voucher. Then a female employee who i shan't name, straight up lied to my face and said there was no way she could do this as there isn't a way to. The funny thing is, i actually worked at costa for 2 years after quitting last year, so i knew she could in fact do that. You refund my payment and then put it through again but with the voucher. I don't appreciate being lied to, she obviously didn't know that i am an ex employee, but maybe think twice before lying? That's the only negativity i have from this experience.And please fix the WIFI.

Before I was diagnosed with gluten intolerance this would have 5 stars as I could have cakes pastry ect but now it's come to my attention that if you have a gluten intolerance which isn't a choice you have about 2 bars in wrappers as options if you decide you are vegan which is a choice you can eat virtually every as vegans are catered for hmmm thats not very good.Also makes me laugh that vegans want to have vegan sausage rolls vegan burgers vegan mince. Don't want to eat meat but want to eat something that represents meat.

Poor drive thru experience. I visited a couple of weeks back and the drink I purchased was £3.80. It was then showing £4 on the board less than a week later...I waited 10mins from driving in to get my order at the window (there were only 2 cars in front of me) I was then told my drink was actually now £4.30?! I said ?it?s showing £4 on your board?? To which I was informed all the prices had gone up?yet the board is still showing £4?It?s now made me think they could say it?s any price they like at the window? I felt stupid for questioning it and even more stupid for paying £4.30 for ?whipped? air in a plastic cup. I could?ve done it for free at home. I won?t be visiting again. I will add those who had served me up to and including my last visit were very pleasant.

Absolutely appalling service the girl on the speaker has an attitude problem and seriously needs to change her tone with customers my drink the blueberry bubble frappe made with coconut milk was so runny and clearly the container it was made with hadn?t been cleaned as I now have stomach issues due to being allergic to milk I?ve had the mango in the past made with the coconut milk and it wasn?t like water so disgusted it?s untrue the only good point was the lady at the window was a different person to the one on the speaker and she was lovely however the person I was with was so upset by the way she was spoken to she didn?t want to go back to fix my drink which I understand I most certainly won?t be returning

Went for a coffee today in martlesham near ipswich, i was bursting for the toilet and both the toilets were out of order so not ideal at all, hopefully they will get them fixed very soon.Parking: Toilets not working
