It's a shame that when somebody like myself seeks to do something good, Lisa Miles who works for ACT discriminates against me purely because I have a motorcycle, and a disability myself. How they get away with this is astounding. Corrupt, malpracticing imbeciles is what ACT really is. I wonder how many other people have been treated this way.

Ironically they don?t care, uncommunicative unresponsive no immediacy, no follow through, they say hello to you and then want a review, then ghost you when all you?ve done is ask reasonable questions to get help for a precious family. Quite frankly a joke!

Allowed a young lady who had been groomed to live in a shared house that became a crack house and when she refused to sleep there because she was scared ,they gave her notice to leave ,basically threw her on the street .

wouldn't even rate the so called supported housing a 1 but doesnt give you the minus option. Well where do I start I had been living at one of ACT properties for over a year not anywhere in my tenancy does it say ANYTHING about children or pregnancy I fell pregnant 8 months ago and on 16th December 2021 at 27 and a half weeks pregnant (high risk pregnancy and severe disabilities ) I was issued a notice to quit due to them not being able to support me after 28 weeks pregnant (aparently stated in the tenancy which it wasnt and still isnt) it come round to the date and they told me they was extending my notice to quit till 8th January 2022 due to it not looking good for a charity to kick a vulnerable disabled pregnant woman out just before christmas with nowhere Togo... on the 4th January 2022 a staff member that has been dealing with the hole thing has messaged me to say I have to now go on the 7th due to the date she gave me (8th) being a weekend due to personal reason and short notice the notice to quit got extended AGAIN untill the monday (10th jan 22 bearing in mind there reason for serving the notice to quit is because they cannot support me past 28 weeks pregnant as of 10th jan I was 33 weeks pregnant) it come to monday and I was promised support in being rehoused which they didnt (this was also promised from the date they served the notice to quit again nothing from them) so basically left me and my unborn son on the streets in the freezing cold with nowhere Togo and this is suppose tobe supported housing a chairty for vulnerable adults. Also on 24th December 2021 another tenant informed residents and staff he had covid he had other places to isolate (one being the persons house he caught covid from) and staff just said for everyone else (all being vulnerable) to just avoid him putting 3 tenants and my unborn son at sever risk. And on another note throughout my hole time at the property there was nothing but problems with mould, ceilings leaking by light fittings. Hoover broke and never replaced washing machine broke and never replaced.New and old tenants kicking off outside the property smashing the property up leaving mouldy food everywhere in communal areas heating and hot water not working and staff NEVER done anything about these issues the list could go on also when staff are out visiting/phoning or texting you they are quite happy to discuss other tenants there problems and personal details down to addresses, appointments, health problems ect and even sitting there slagging tenants off. On sevral occasions I've received other tenants private paperwork containing personal information instead of my own...the management and staff at anglian care trust are absolutely disgusting and the behaviour is even worse. I could go on with my review but I'll leave it there. AVOID ANGLIAN CARE TRUST AT ALL COST they do nothing but slate you down and do no support or any maintenance to the property worst place ever

Absurdly rude! and do not attend there propertys on a regular basis, and just let there people do blatant drug deals right outside our houses , and 3 of us have young children, we have police and ambulances here on a daily basis. We complain regularly to no avail, so we have now gone down the council route, to get a solution to this big problem we have here on foxhall road.Justin
