Installed my 82 year old father's bathroom only to be left with leaks and incomplete job, after numerous calls and emails nobody wants to help, life savings and 82 years of age sorry Wickes disgusting service levels.

I recently bought an item in Wickes Lowestoft Suffolk on Friday 6th June 2025 and the gentleman said that they have to order it in and I would get it the next day being Saturday 7th June I had to rearrange my first day out with my partner for weeks we been arranging a day out due to her working all the time, to be told this from Wickes in Lowestoft Suffolk so we waited all day for my parcel to arrive it never came so I called the store and they put me onto customer service and they wasn't much help they just told me that they don't deliver on Saturdays this is after I paid £4 for delivery cause the gentleman said it would be delivered on Saturday when I call the store they said that they didn't have any of my details on there system so if they didn't how come I got an email from the store
I'm not happy with the service at this store about the gentleman telling me that I would have my item delivered to me on Saturday
