If you are male and you suffer from ED dont go here. Went in to pick up some tablets with the correct paperslip in-date to be told i had to speak to the pharmacist . The pharmacist then said I had been in there 3 times over the last 3 weeks to which i told her i had been in once over the month of June.. She basically called me a liar. Just to be certain I went through my bank history and low and behold i had last been in on the 7th of June. Wont use the place again as the staff are rude and if they care to actually read the paperwork that comes with the tablets they would see themselves that it clearly states no more than 1 tablet in a 24 hour period. I left the place feeling embarrassed. Dudes if you have ED issues save yourself the embarrassment and use another chemist. I should add also the young dark haired lass who works behind the counter should learn to smile once in a while rather than looking as miserable as sin.

Used to be a lovely chemist, Staff used to always be helpful & polite,
Not always like that now specially the young one they works in there dark hair & glasses. What's wrong with the lady as she's just so rude with way she talks to you she's the same on phone as is in the pharmacy.
It doesn't cost to be polite to anyone
Send her on a customer communications course as she sure needs to learn manners or just get a job where she doesn't have to come Face to face with customers maybe MC D's kitchen work.
She maybe a lovely person when not at work but no need to bring being non polite to work.
And Also it's pointless sometimes them opening half the time as they've no pharmasist specially on wednesday when there regular pharmasist day off
And when routine pharmasist is on annual leave then they've no one to cover shifts if can't draft one in sometimes from Norwich area's.
This doesn't help people who regular obtain medication or want any over the counter tablets.Ok some people maybe able to use another pharmacy but then most can't as they may not drive & this is there local one.
And delivery isn't always any use to some if out of medication and you require to take meds that morning but may have to wait until 5pm for items to arrive.
I hope this information helps others I know some will agree & others won't.
But we are all allowed an opinion.

Westwood Avenue Well Pharmacy , the Pharmacist is very nice and helpful and goes above and beyond. The problem is the young lady with dark hair and glasses, she is very rude ,abrupt and doesn't interact with her customers, who are only asking for medical advice or collecting their prescriptions. Well Pharmacy need to send her on a course to refresh her job description requirements or rehire a more suitable person.

We are not impressed with the lady pharmacist.She is rude, has a bad tone of voice, lacks patience. Not a people person at all. This hasn't happened once but every time you go in the shop. We try and use another chemist but sometimes we have to use this one.

My wife and many other people need their medicines, yet they can't be bothered to open. There was people in the store as I saw them. Very bad service. A note on the door said to ring the number. Nobody bothered to answer. Actually only a zero star.

Local chemist supplies not only medical supplies but also gifts for occasions. Staff friendly and helpful, also has advice leaflets and private area for some tests.
