I'm incredibly impressed by their remarkable dedication to patient support. They genuinely take the time to talk things through and provide comprehensive explanations. I was very worried about my elderly mother's medication, but the pharmacist's calmness and careful handling of all the details brought immense relief. I was able to pop in and quickly pick up the allergy medicine I needed. The checkout experience was also pleasant and friendly.

1) Medication is never in stock
2) Medication takes a negligent amount of time to be dispensed, when provided with a prescription. The words are written on the prescription, you just have to match the words up. It is not beyond comprehension.
3) One female staff member is acting extremely unprofessional and insensitive. She glares at myself and my partner, and is always very happy to state she cannot help. Perhaps needs to be reminded she is an assistant not a pharmacist; and to have a course in customer service.
4) The elderly are not advised where they can stand and are often severely ill with no seats.
5) Upon a visit recently three female counter assistants were eating hot and cold food in front of a busy pharmacy full of customers, this is against health and safety and staff eating should not be doing so in front of customers
6) This complaint will be taken to PALS

Most times they send message it's ready only to get there and have to wait ages sometimes 20mins then to say they haven't got it all or waiting 10ms ,plus for them to get something out of fridge they are useless bring back mr cross if I'm fobbed off this time I'm going else where

Been coming to this pharmacy since September 2024 for weight loss on mounjaro. During this time I have lost 40kg over 6 stone and feel like a new person. Babek is fantastic and supportive showing me the path I needed to take and got seen every 4 weeks. Life changing.
