Not having used Travis Perkins alot i decided to give them a go, what a mistake that was.
Messed order up 4 days late to site no communication had to rearrange bank holiday weekend to get contract finished.
Don't use these guys.
I will be going back to Huws Gray there appreciate the customer.??

I wouldn?t use these guys . Very simple minded people that seem to only know the words ,
Computer says NO .
I would not bother , there are other builders merchants that work with the customer .

Travis Perkins have been so helpful when other rival companies have let us down at the last minute. I've ordered online and then contacted the branch in Lowestoft, where Ben was only too happy to help. He's arranged deliveries at the last minute on several occasions now. Huge appreciation, had it not been for their flexibility, my extension would not have been completed. Highly recommend them. Thank you, and in particular Ben!
