Love TK Maxx shops but the staff in the Lowestoft store, not so much. Purchased a few items which a young girl dealt with. I then told her I had an item to collect. She asked her colleague and he said she'd need to set up one of the click and collect hand held sets. I had my barcode ready. Stood for about 5-10 minutes, someone else came over and went and got the parcel, 2 of them couldn't sort a machine out. In the end they checked my id and gave me my parcel. Not one apology for having been stood there for 15-20 mins. Thank God it wasn't that busy.

Was in your store yesterday had three returns,the young guy on the till was so helpful and polite,refunded all three items,I then proceeded to buy bedding gym top etc,the next guy on the till tall with longish hair was also very friendly and polite,the stuff in your store at the minute is lovely,I?ll be back.

Tried it again after not even considering it for years. I still find it feels like a cross between an up market charity shop and a car boot sale. Some named brands here and there but nothing exciting.

In a more positive note had a fun time browsing the fine wares of the store with my good friend Joshua, the mrs also in fact enjoys browsing the seasonal items
Also managed to grab some duke and Duchess of Sussex tea bags for a friend this Christmas
In short, good store

Nice laid out store, easy access for parking and a couple of disabled parking places very close to store entrance. The staff are helpful and friendly.
