I visited Timpsons at the Lowestoft Tesco to get a magnetic button fitted into my wife?s handbag. The man said I?ll do it, come back anytime after 5pm, when I reached the shop after 5pm, the job had not been done, the chap said he had just sit down and did not get a chance to do my job. He was very rude, when I questioned him he asked me to take the bag elsewhere. I was expecting a plain apology and get on with the job. The chap there, Mark, always comes across as rude and unhelpful, it?s time Timpson must train him to deal with customers a bit more professionally

I had a pair of boots repaired, heels and soles costing £23 , after one month the heel fell off one boot and was worn down in the other.I took them back and the man accused me of lying ,said it must have taken months to wear them down. Unfortunately I did not have the receipt so I had to pay another 12.95 to gave the heels redone.I looked at my bank statement and it was Octoberc31

Asked for a replacement car key (original worked but case was fallen apart) they made 3 keys (two different chaps) first one was too short so got stuck in the ignition the next one was too long and I'm pretty sure the third one was the same key, asked for a refund as lost all faith in them as many people have stated the beared guy was extremely rude talked down to me as I'm a young lad kept making excuses he even asked to see proof of my signature while getting a refund will not be going back there and now we only have one key for the car...nevermind

I really had a very bad experience with Timpson(Lowestoft Tesco) . It?s really a shame ..I been there on 30th September at 16:40 to take off the wrist links from the Rado watch . The bearded man in the shop said the shop is closed but as per the Google timing it needs to be open till 1800. When I asked about the enquiry , he advised me to come back on the next day .Today, Oct 1st , I been there again at 10:20 to resize the wrist link of my watch , he checked and said he will do within 10 minutes. As I?m free, I planned to stay there while he repairs it , but he is very rude and told me to go away and come back in a little while . I wished to stay there as it is very expensive, but he gave my watch back to me and shouted and said he is unable to do so.It?s really a worst experience ever had in my life . If they can?t do , don?t offer the help. He literally neglected us and he dealt with an another customer .

Poor customer service, and very poor knowledge about their products and services. When question the member of staff about a product he was very abrasive and used a poor tone, wouldn't use Timpsons again.
