Terrible service wait time was very long and this tall man with glasses was extremely rude, 4 of us went to get passport pics was promised a certain price however got charged much more. Unloyal man and not sticking to his word do not trust this man and if anyone goes which you shouldn't make sure you know the price you want to pay as he will scam you. Would give it 0 stars if I could.

I have had consistently brilliant service from Timpson Steve. This little shop has so much to offer- In the last month i have replaced car keys & bought padlock, arranged a smart personalised trophy, & engraved a plaque, had watch repairs & batteries, had shoes heeled & soled, even repairing my dog lead. My fault : replacement watch battery & strap, did not ask price prior.Never imaginaged would be charged £42.90. !Battery : £27.95 , I live abroad so the replacement offer is really of no use when it needs changing again .Would have be appreciated if this was asked when I was served.Check prices beforehand is my advice .

Beyond useless, quite literally. Paid £12.95 for a watch battery replacement and upon return one of the pusher buttons had been jammed in, rendering the chronograph unusable. On top of that, the chronograph second hand had been altered after the shop owner probably mistook it as the watch second hand. Upon return, tried to fix the issue by repeatedly shoving the button which was obviously disturbed and incorrectly reinstalled. So I have literally paid someone to destroy my watch and make me find a replacement.Shame I didn't pay via card because a charge back would definitely be on the cards.

It was very early in the morning and I was the only one in the shop and the young man who cut my keys was quick, efficient and very pleasant. I was in and out of the shop in a few minutes and could carry on with the rest of my shopping in a matter of moments.

Asked to heel 2 pairs of boots. They were in a real less, but Timpsons did they're magic and fixed them superbly. Highly recommend
