Poped in store a few weeks ago to see if I could update my sim only and was greeted by NIKITA who helped me chose a phone suitable for me and a price plan she went out of her way and helped me set the phone up ready to use she also informed me what was left on my broadband and my tablet honestly the friendliest person I?ve met would highly recommend this store and Nikita

I am not happy with the services at all .3 days back I ported my sim card from Lebara to three as I was facing network issues but three is worse than that. The day I received my SIM I have been facing internet issues so I called the customer care number and they suggested that i can replace the SIM so today I went to the shop and they replaced my SIM by saying that it will start immediately or in a few hours . It's been more than 5 hours now and my SIM is still not activated nor can I call or connect with anyone.

Never use this company they mislead and change there story. The service is rubbish no wonder they are the worst rated network. Avoid at all cost

Great service from the young man that sorted out my problem with my I iPhone 13 that I couldn?t have no access to, very helpful, he helped me about October time. He also managed to cancel the phone contact. The advice he gave was spot on, I was struggling for 2 years with this and he just came in and sorted like that amazing.I apologise that I can?t remember your name all I know he has a black/brown beard and his only been there for 1 year, from that he should know who he is. I believe that he should be the manager or at least a supervisor either way he needs a big pay rise. Thank you for all your help

Would put Zero stars if possible! Couldnt collect I pad from store 5 weeks ago as had on ID which is fir enough. Store then said they would send Ipad back and would get refund. Since then have had too more payments come out from three and customer services claiming the store still has it! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUEUPDATE - still no refund Three now claiming someone called Shane in Lowestoft has the i pad and no solution. Just got hung up on again. Steer clear as now £300 down and no i phone! Went to 02 and got one straight away no fuss! I thought it was company issue but turns out lowestoft staff have been helping theirselves to uncollected equipment thanks !
