Absolute shocking, used these for years but the quality of my recent carpet was atrocious, I phoned the shop just to asked if someone could pop back in as the carpet had stretched after only a few days, and the property wasn?t even in use, to be told it?s my problem now, and that the carpet was fine when they laid it, the phone was then put down on me. Have used these for all my rental properties and recommended them for other fellow landlords and friends but no more, I?d rather pay the extra, at least the extra may include some decent customer service. Sorry Ron but you?ve lost me and some other big customers.

Ron and his team are fantastic, I would not go anywhere else for flooring. They fitted a beautiful vinyl in my Victorian flat in 2020. His fitters are hard working, to a very high standard. Good value for money and efficient fitting. Friendly and able to provide free quotes. Looking forward to having another room done soon. Highly recommend.

Rang today just to make an enquiry as they were recommended. Barely got my question out and he said too busy, can't take any more work on. I said I just wanted to know if you stocked light oak viynal. He said no and put the phone down on me. Very rude.

Very unhelpful on the phone just didn't want to know and as his reply has just said I didn't take the time to go to his shop as I work 6 days a week and wanted to give a local carpet fitter the work if he wanted it but got a blunt reply on the phone not a well I'm not sure I'll look into could u find the time to the shop

Good quality carpets at reasonable prices, however absolutely horrified when I walked into the mess that was left. Did report this to the owner who genuinely seemed concerned and asked for pictures which I sent, but so far I have had no response

I have been dealing with Ron and his son Grant for about six years. All the people are so helpful, provide a lovely job and very good value for money. I never need to get a quote from anywhere else. Highly recommend.
