All the pharmacy staff I have no fault with and are great but personally Louise is the one who gets my medication and remembers me each time. She does a fab job and nothing is ever too much trouble . Thanks!

Louise is an absolute dream on the pharmacy in the Lowestoft store. She has always helped as much as she can, always remembers me and my family and is always professional. She is the epitome of excellent customer service when you need it the most. Definitely a credit to your store.

To the young 'lady' i had the pleasure of being bellowed at across the pharamacy counter yesterday 14/12.....I do not know what trials or tribulations you are currently experiencing but I would strongly suggest stepping back from customer service for a while. You are going to give that stinking attitude to someone soon and they are not going to be as forgiving. If you are not happy within your role I would strongly advise you find further employment! (And not in any customer facing roles!)

I love using this super-drug store. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The main manager is my favourite as she is very knowledgeable of all the products in the shop. Even the security man has been helpful. This is always my go to place for my beauty products and toiletries.

I honestly don?t understand how Vivien is still working behind the pharmacy, she had 0 customer service skills and is extremely rude, for someone who suffers with anxiety this is my worst nightmare
I placed an order online to collect from the store, I turned up and got told my order was not there and gave my order number to just be told rudely that they don?t have it and there?s nothing I or them can do about it, I turned up on a second occasion after receiving a text saying that my order is at the store again spoken to like crap, and told my order is not there, vivien tuts and whispers amongst her other colleagues, at this point I feel like she does it on purpose to make people feel unwelcome, it?s frustrating because all the other staff members on the shop floor are wonderful, nothing seems to be done about our complaints or reviews

Most of the products are very affordable and if you have their card you will get points for each purchase and once hit target and can redeem the points for purchases. Also look for good deals and sometimes get buy 1 get 1 free or few % off.I love purchasing here

This pharmacy is awful!The 2 ladies who work on the pharmacy "Vivien" and the Scottish one were so rude and ignoarant. They Refused me my prescription which I paid for online.They said it was out of stock when i saw it was there. They kept me waiting for no reason whilst gossiping and whispering among themselves. I've never experienced being treated like this. They knew what they were doing and they were doing it intentionally because they knew I had Anxiety! I will never step foot in that place again. Avoid at all costs!

Shop staff great, they deserve a full five stars but the pharmacist is ignorant, rude, abrupt, customer service skills are non existant, have now used two other pharmacist that were not quick but acknowledged you and were very polite.
