It's 2pm and you don't close for 2 hours yet you shut down have the seating area and by the way the most comfortable part. Even worst almost all tables have empties on them and your store is not even busy with 3 staff on.
Absolutely shocking for a Starbucks and now I wish I had gone into your main competitor up the road.
Won't ever return to this place again.
Oh and the coffee tastes like milk!

Extremely rude staff, didn't mention a price increase as we overpaid. Didn't get to put on own chocolate. Failed to mention had no cinnamon powder. Threw mine straight in the bin as tasted like gravy. Avoid like the plague.

Friendly fast service, and the coffee wasn't bad (have had weak coffees in the past but this was much better - had a huge Latte this time). Would have given 5 stars for atmosphere but I was the only customer in for a while so not buzzing as it can be.

Coffee was OK service was fine, but didn't seem very happy maybe a bad day for them when I went in, but there wasn't any atmosphere. Maybe give it a go another time to see if it will be different.

This is just another (one if hundreds) they all look the same, the service is not fast,staff indifferent to the customer,there is a small seating area outside,when i sat outside a delivery van passed me by only inches away and i got the full force of the vans exhaust.

Nice coffee and tea is English breakfast which is good but it's a shame that the food isn't made to order....doesent look appetising at all ?
Clean Floor and tables but most of the chairs were very dirty and stained ?
Dog friendly ???
Vegetarian options: A good selection of you like relish etc..
