We had the Sunday lunch. It was very average, the roast potatoes were rubbery, the Yorkshire pudding was tough and the veggies were tasteless.

Just another Wetherspoons type place with ordinary pub food but cooked properly to my requirements of: BLUE STEAK. I was served by an excellent waitress named ELOISE with great customer interaction skills & a very friendly efficient manner + every time I've been there before I've been told "we don't have the facilities/equipment to do poached eggs but ELOISE asked cooks LISA & JOHNNY if they would do me 2 poached eggs instead of fried eggs & I got 2 perfect soft poached eggs which were greatly appreciated. I have to say that ELOISE did her job to perfection, her service to us was first class in every respect. Eloise deserves promotion & a pay rise for doing her job to perfection she is an absolute credit to SPRINGTIDE!
Vegetarian options: Very boring unimaginative processed vegetarian & vegan options, extremely dull boring children's menu, food far too tightly portion controlled, very unpleasant sticky tables!
Parking: Needs more parking spots cos tonight was very busy
Wheelchair accessibility: Adequate but could be a lot better!
