The store was buzzing with customers and the staff were very helpful and understanding at explaining the different sales offers as well as the different mix and match requirements.

There was nobody on shop flaw. At 4pm on a week day. I could have literally walked out the shop with stuff. Waited at checkout for a good 10mins. Gave up and left

Well stocked shop and I found what I needed easily quick service

Prices are reasonable but service is terrible. Having chosen the items to buy I went to the till counter where two other customers were waiting but there was no staff at any of the tills. I found a member of staff shuffling clothes on a rail but she said that she could not work the tills but would call for somebody. After waiting several more minutes by which time four more customers joined the que a grumpy member of staff eventually appeared to operate the till. She moaned that a member of staff had gone sick and blamed this on the poor customer service.I would NOT recommend shopping at the Lowestoft store.

I'm not a particularly big fan of SD, but I took my son today to buy some football boots . We were served by a young lady , who could not be more helpful. Thanks to her patience we purchased a fab pair of Adidas boots , at a great sale price .
