Today i was looking for shoes for my dad i was there for good 20 minutes staff did not approach me to ask if I needed help the staff was going back and forwards. If you buy anything from their store, make sure you get it right, they do not issue refunds, not for anything apparently. The best you can hope for is a credit note.
