Wouldn't recommend. Nightmare to park so then 5 minutes past the grace period and they refused to see an excited 9 year old with a chromosome duplication. Heartbroken little girl.

Staff are lovely however, extremely slow once in the store. Appointments seem to take forever. Once my daughter had had her eye test she decided to keep the frames she had and get them repaired and have new lenses. The fitting appointment was a 2 week wait. I explained my daughter was doing her exams and was supposed to wear glasses all the time but still a 2 week wait. I have called twice to see if there was any cancellations and still nothing.

Lens protecting for the computer but it was a bit expensive for me 35£ and glasses 15£ and then I said I don't want
The protecting layer she was so unhappy that made me uncomfortable, and I didn't really understand about protecting layer sadly nothing been explain to me thanks to the lady with red coloured hair with a short bob that made me uncomfortable for not paying what i can't pay for

Had a ten minute eye test which didn?t seem to be adequate. I ordered two pairs of reading glasses that were just handed to me without any fitting or being asked to try them on. The glasses were of poor quality and the lenses kept falling out after several repairs I gave up and went elsewhere for new glasses.

I recently visited Specsavers for an overdue contact lens check. During my appointment, I was informed that I would remain on the pay-monthly contact lens scheme, as it had been suspended pending my check. Unfortunately, I later discovered this was not the case.
When I called today to update my address, I was told my account had been stopped altogether. To my surprise, I was asked to pay £90 upfront for contact lenses I urgently need. Additionally, I was informed I would no longer receive the services that typically come with the subscription. This was deeply frustrating, as I was unaware my subscription had been stopped by the store, and it wasn?t restarted after my appointment, which was supposed to ensure continuity for my eye health.
When I called the store to address the issue, the service I received was appalling. I wasn?t even allowed to explain my concerns properly and had to ask to be heard. The only resolution offered for their mistake was to send my lenses via post for free, with a wait time of 2-4 weeks?far from an acceptable solution for such a critical oversight.
This experience has been incredibly disappointing, and the staff?s lack of training in handling issues like this is evident. Specsavers should prioritize better communication with customers and ensure their processes are handled professionally to avoid such avoidable stress.

Since February 24 the service and professionalism in this store has deteriorated massively, such a shame as used to be so good, but feel even one star is not worthy.

Experience was great, but felt rushed choosing my glasses. I ended up choosing sunglasses I don?t like so don?t wear them, and chose glasses I kinda like but there not long term as quite heavy and too big for my face
