Great charity shop that has a great range of stock and is very fairly priced. I picked up a Superdry coat today for £1 which is an absolute steal in anyone’s eyes!! Staff are pleasant to speak to and shop is very clean and tidy!

Rob who works there made me and my daughter feel very uncomfortable while in store with his comments - will not be returning!

We were abruptly told by staff dog's were not allowed in and to leave. Our dog was being carried and wouldn't have been anywhere near their products or floor. Other charity shops in Lowestoft allowed us in. Won't be shopping there again. Not a Dog friendly shop.
