The internet says it was open I did a 30 mile trip to find it's closed UNTILL NOVEMBER couldn't this have been displayed on there web page NOT HAPPY

Disgusting behaviour making customers stand out in the pouring rain whilst the bank is EMPTY. Only 2 customers being served at the counter but not allowed inside to wait unless i want to use the cash points, i can go inside then but can't go inside and wait, work that one out !!!! This is NOT a small bank, they can easily allow at least 3 people to stand inside with 2 metres between each one to wait for the counter service but no, would rather let their customers get soaking wet outside. Staff very rude and the sooner we get the chance to close ALL of our accounts the better!!!! We all need to keep safe and do our very best not only for ourselves but for everyone else too but there is space in this bank to allow customers to wait inside yet they prefer not to allow us to do so, shameful treatment of the people that keep them in a job!!!!Only giving it a 1 star because the counter staff are so much nicer than those 2 on door duty, perhaps the counter staff could teach them how to be polite and plesant to customers instead of being rude and obnoxious.
