I was very pleased with the service Simon and his team gives us when we brought the printer I will always be going back to ryman Lowestoft as they are very helpful and Simon provides with a smile and a good relaxed atmosphere as well as a giggles every now and then ??

You?ve heard of Morecambe & Wise, Ant & Dec, Del & Rodney, Yes?
How about Joe & Simon (or should it be Simon & Joe ?) in the Ryman Lowestoft branch probably the best double act in any Ryman store in the country!
We went this morning for some printing work and both Joe & Simon patiently talked us through the process step by step until we were happy. Even though we were in the shop for at least 30 minutes we didn?t feel hurried. They both continued to serve us with a smile on their face and nothing was too much for them. They both were excellent ambassadors for Ryman and a credit to the company. As for the printing? One word - excellent and good value for money. If you want any printing in Lowestoft or the surrounding area Ryman is the place to go.

Can I say what a wonderful bunch of people you have working in your Lowestoft store.
I have met 4 of them and they all standout in customer service.
Zoe, who is very new is an excellent addition to the team and extremely helpful and friendly when I came in, also when I have phone the shop. She is a young lady with a wise head on her shoulders. I wish there were more like her in other shops.

So myself and my children went into Rymans today to find the pens my daughter has been driving me insane about, eventually we found them right by the till and she was delighted ? after being influenced by Simon to buy one of each and a pencil case which she did! He thought I may leave a 1? but he was helpful, chatty and engaging which you don't get much these days so the service gets a 5 from me ?
