It seems that nothing has improved with this pharmacy since the last review.
Still rude and miserable staff.

I have asthma and scarring on the lungs. since Christmas I have had a suspected nasal infection which is now getting worse and making me feel really ill. I've contacted the surgery and just got told to go to the pharmacy for nasal sprays and paracetamol which I've already been using and are no longer helping. I've had to leave bad feedback as this isn't the first time this has happened to me.

Only use this chemist if you really have to. Staff are so rude.
Went in this afternoon, lady in front of me was served, I moved to the counter to pay for my items, the staff member serving turned her back on me to carry on chatting to her colleague. Other members of staff saw me standing there but not one of them could be bothered to serve me, or actually acknowledge that I was waiting.
This is not the first time this has happened. Awful customer service.

Used to order a week before needed and items were never in a week later. Told to come back and often still not in. Found out by a fluke they also had given my meds before to someone with same name. Now changed pharmacy and a completely different level or service by far.

What a joke of a pharmacy, you order your medication one week and its not ready the following week. Not been ordered by them they tell you to go away and come back and when you do return they still don't have them.
They leave there phone ringing and when some one finally answers it you get greeted with 'what do you want?' very unprofessional, the staff need sufficient training. Will not ever be going back there! Avoid were possible

I was late for an appointment today due to traffic. I apologised and asked if they could still do it. The miserable, stony faced receptionist was quite rude ?you are 25 minutes late so no, it?ll have to be rebooked? no apology, nothing. She didn?t even look at me! It?s fine that it needed to be rebooked but she could have been a little kinder about it. As an ex senior nurse, might I suggest she undergo training for communication skills? Never had this before, it?s a lovely surgery usually.

Total lack of any customer service.
They received my prescription yesterday. Tried to call all this morning to see if it was ready but nobody would pick up the phone. Walked to the pharmacy which took me half an hour because i have recently had a hysterectomy only to be told i would have to come back after 6. No apology, just come back later. Explained i had tried to call and why walking back later would be really difficult for me but again, no apology, they were too busy to do it now so i would have to come back later. Requested my prescription to get it filled elsewhere. After some huffing and rolling of eyes they got it for me.
Went across the road to the other pharmacy who were lovely. apologised that there would be a ten min wait for it to be filled. No problem, was happy to wait.
While I understand that sometimes there is a delay and things can be difficult i cant understand any business that thinks it's acceptable to make customers feel like an inconvenience! All this could have been avoided if they had just picked up the phone.
