I was out shopping with my mother but while near the clothing area a employee was adding on clothes but she physically kept nudging my mother with the coat hanger and she didn't even say sorry she just kept doing it multiple times no apologie honestly if you accidentally nudge someone or hit them it's expected to say sorry not just keep doing it.

Far bigger range for women than men, not everythingis to my style, but some good stuff at reasonable prices. Clothes are decent quality and fairly durable. My wife loves their lounge/night clothes.

Terrible customer service visited store today with my 83 year old mother to have a credit note for a return to be told we do not do Credit notes and the member of staff said to my mother ( you are always bringing things back!!!!!! I work as a store manager for a well respected company I have never heard a member of staff speak to customers so rudely the shop is a disgrace your staff talking to customers with no respect I did ring customer service only to find they also c as not be bothered to help disgrace should not be employed working with the general public .
