We sold our house with Paul Hubbard Estate Agents, and also ended up buying our next house with them after our initial purchase of another property with another agent fell through. While selling our house turned out to be a little bit more stressful than anticipated, I cannot thank Tara from the after sales team enough for all of the support she provided throughout the experience. Tara was absolutely brilliant from the beginning right through to the end, when we finally got there!It was also a bit of a blessing that our other purchase fell through as we got to continue working with Tara and we knew we were in good hands. Thankfully our purchase was nowhere near as stressful, but that was also helped by the fantastic communication from Tara all the way through.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Paul Hubbard Estate Agents to anyone, they've been fantastic from start to finish! We had brief dealings with another agent who were so pushy, and it was a relief that the team at Paul Hubbard Estate Agents were not like that at all - everyone we dealt with was just so helpful.

Great work from the team at Paul Hubbard.Jess was very punctual with the viewings performed at my property and retained alot of information regarding the house which was relayed onto the interested parties.Olivia arranged all the viewings and kept me well upto date with all the details and statuses of everyone interest right up until we were given the offer! ?I seriously can't thank you enough for making the process so stress free and allowing me to leave it in your hands to get done.Thank you all!

Great service from Paul Hubbard. I purchased a property and the support and help Natalie gave was amazing and resulted in a quick process and completion happening within 10 weeks (including the Christmas period) of the offer being accepted.

Great service from Paul Hubbard`s team. I went from London to Lowestoft with my family to see many properties in couple of days. Olivia from Paul`s team just got them all booked and gave us a five start support to view them all and to communicate with sellers. We really loved the way Jolene conducted the viewings, it was amazing, the best compared to other estate agents in the area (just a true feedback).

The worst 2 years of my life was in 2 of paul hubbard property I had 2 flats over 2 years both were absolutely freezing and mouldy I would wake up and cough in the morning the 1st flat I had smelled so badly of dog when I moved in I cleaned that up and eventually left the flat good but still got charged 165 cleaning fee.on the 2nd flat I lost all my deposit because I was simply fed up of cleaning mould off the walls every couple of weeks the walls actually leaked water onto plugs it was dangerous it affected my health and I woke up violently coughing every morning in the weeks/months before I could get out of there the staff at the office are very nice and polite but there propertys are absolutely unlivable very poor condition i wouldnt wish it on my worst enemy i am so happy to be out and with a decent landlord finally

I had 2 flats they were both damp mouldy and cold I actually had breathing problems after living in the 2nd flat for only 2 months and the black mould accumulated every 2 to 4 weeks the don't like to be fair with deposits either beware these people go elsewhere if at all possible worst experience of my life

Had an overwhelmingly positive experience buying and selling with Paul Hubbard. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. From first seeing the property I bought, through to finally moving in, they were always there to answer questions, reassure and help.
