I called in to the Next store in Lowestoft on Saturday for a general browse. I was greeted by a young store assistant, Gabrielle, who took time to ask if I needed help, she then carried on offering advice, getting information and suggesting many things to help me. A very positive visit to the store.

Attitude of management shocking. Wanted to return a faulty next product, ok I didn't have a receipt as was a gift but the, not my problem attitude was a disgrace.

Ridiculous collection procedure. It's snow and ice, I ring the bell and wait 5-10 minutes. What else do they have to do?!Miss Jobsworth informs me that I must wear a mask, despite me being outdoors and her wearing a mask, a visor and being 3-4 metres away with a huge table between us. NO signs insisting of a mask because...the customers are OUTSIDE. No law demanding it. Won't use NEXT again.
