Well always had decent customer friendly service.in a clean welcoming environment.but announcement to close Lowestoft branch I think has unfortunately for good staff there.i will b moving banks it?s absolutely ridiculous disgusting decision by higher powers.yes leave disabled/elderly in area with a trudge to nearest branch perfetic decision.god even just going down to maybe fewer days would b better.fuming with this news.

Staff are very helpful and professional, opening hours are rediculous need to open on Saturdays for people who work and prefer to go into the bank too much emphasis on online banking.

The 5* are not the bank, and certainly not the Junior ISA, BUT JULIA MARTIN, who works there, is worth her weight in gold, she has gone above and beyond, helping trying to get to the bottom of this matter.

As a person who works full time, it is impossible to get to my bank! No weekend opening times and I finish work after their closing time. Extremely unhelpful.

Normally good service and helpful staff but this review is for ridiculous opening times. No weekend, doesn't open til 9.30am and closed every day before 4.30pm. how the hell is anyone with a normal job supposed to do anything like pay in cheques?! Don't doubt they will up and leave Lowestoft within 2 years. Shame.
