And to cap it all they are closing permanently in October 2025. And also the brach will be Great Yarmouth !!!! No way I hate Yarmouth. Got to be Norwich. And for cash youll need the Post Office - hahahaha for how long as it is in WH Smiths that will also probably close soon !!!

Well always had decent customer friendly service.in a clean welcoming environment.but announcement to close Lowestoft branch I think has unfortunately for good staff there.i will b moving banks it’s absolutely ridiculous disgusting decision by higher powers.yes leave disabled/elderly in area with a trudge to nearest branch...
