Customer service truly wonderful from a young man on Saturday morning...despite there being a bit of a queue forming...he show me how to make a bank transfer on my phone and carefully explained everything, so I would be able to do it myself next time. Polite cheerful and so so helpful...a real credit to Nationwide building society...please pass on my thanks.

Very unhelpful branch always hasel when visit branchI went to pay my bill waited outside 25 minutes because of covid19 1 customer at a time fair enoughGot to counter you can't pay someone else's bill its not some one else's bill my billYou can't pay 3rd party bill what?Normall bill with bank giro slip?What a joke couldn't care less always a problems to draw your money out limits 100 questions?Went next door to Barclays no problem paying bill very quick and easyAlso can't pay cash into Nationwide Ac in post office very inconvenientBranch hard to get to closed when go to work closed when finished workSwitching to Barclays Bank This weekShame because I like nationwide but they need to be more flexible especially in these Times covid19 change with the times
