Ok until the place is busy then items in your order tend to get forgotten especially sauces more often than not. I give the food 4* because the fries are so up and down on the salt level and if you get a full portion or not.
If any McDonald's manager reads this can you please relay to head office that the new plastic soft drinks lids are not very leak proof they should try the middle design that we had on the older plastic cup lids and the cardboard coffee cup lids are awkward to drink from.

App development might as well have been done by a child. Don't order for delivery. They will get your order wrong 8/10 times. We've tested over 100 orders. Expect staff that don't care / get paid enough to deal with your wrong order.

Ordered from here several times, never had a compete order, always items missing. This time I ordered a cheesy mccrispy with no lettuce or chutney. However there was also no cheese, what's the point of a cheesy mccrispy that doesn't have any cheese in? Tried calling several times, no answer.

Visited a few times, but no table service option. Very frustrating as I normally customise my burger so I have to stand for extended periods waiting for no reason other than they don't do table service like 99% of othe McDonalds restaurants!

1 star as i am not allowed to leave 0 stars.
Cold food as usual and the Hot chocolate tasted and looked more like dirty dish water, certainly did not taste anything like chocolate.

Looking at years worth of reviews, it's clear to see the management dont care for the franchises in this town. Missing items from our order EVERY time, we can't even order delivery anymore because Uber Eats / McDonald's Delivery is impossible as a customer if anything is wrong. Mcdonalds staff blame Uber, Uber blames McDonald's, every time.

Greasy food, wrong items, no table service (which would be fine if I wasn't disabled and didn't have to go to the counter 3 times to wait for a headless chicken to prioritise customers before their food goes cold. Management don't care for complaints or deal with long standing issues that are frequent due to pure laziness.
