Went to Morrisons yesterday, I was greeted with a hello and I was asked if I needed some assistance, very kind staff very easy to approach, great store, nice and tidy, plenty of stock, would recommend again :)

Didn't have to queue when purchasing my items. Lovely, friendly, chatty staff. Sometimes it's what you need a bit of friendliness. Items are a bit pricey but then it is a convenience store. The shop was easy to move around with a pushchair.

Great handy little corner shop complete with post office and Amazon parcel collection point. Both handy for early morning and late evening use. Like that it has a little bit of a bakery.
I live near by but have use of a car so if I didn?t like it wouldn?t use it but it is my ?go to?.

This Morrisons does the job if you?re after your weekly shop or just grabbing a few bits. The prices are reasonable and the range is what you?d expect. Staff are polite and helpful when you ask, but the place often feels a bit tired and could do with a refurb. Parking is also difficult in a residential area.

Awful place trying to send my dad a parcel to another country paid for it The parcel came back went with my partner to ask why that happened good told we will look into it and give you a call The next day they took my partners details never called back my partner got sick of waiting for the call call them on Monday A guy name is James told him if I can bring the parcels in and they will give me the refund and send it off for free, I thought it?s dream come true but no it was a lie got told I need to pay more if I want to send it off because of the mistake they made

This store is so poorly managed. It's pot luck whether the post office is open or not. Stocking of the shelves and deliveries is erratic and to be honest the staff seem disengaged and seem to think customers are an inconvenience.

Visited today in a bid to collect my parcel that was delivered via DPD.
Upon arrival, there was only a single member of staff present (by all accounts) who wasn?t trained in ?the post office?.
Given this, I was then told to return from 4pm onwards to collect my parcel.
Why is there only 1 member of staff, and why is he not trained in giving parcels out?!?! Absolute shambles.
As for Morrisons here, on the whole? Pretty poor. Overpriced, and slow service.

Rude and unhelpful, there are much better and more helpful stores in the area which deserve custom.
