Very nice and clean shop only 1 down side the flys are enjoying the bakery section landing on bread cakes ect they must get them covered up I don't buy anything anymore because of it

I went for a bra fitting... Never again! I've never felt like such an inconvenience, the ladies on the tills were so rude - I was 20 minutes early and was told to come back, when I went back no one wanted to do the bra fitting, the lady who got lumbered with me made it clear she didn't want to do it. Very disappointed.

Use to work here. Treated like dirt all cos I was a cleaning staff. Some of the staff were OK they would talk to you.

Very kind and helpful staff but sadly the carpark is a nightmare to park in, awkward to get in and out of, and queing to get in and out of thankfully machine worked for the ticket and was redeemable if purchasing

Popped in for food- m and s oranges are amazing!!
Really nice store, they have managed to hang onto their clothing department which was a nice surprise ( not been in this store for a few years).
Staff friendly, store was busy which was nice to see.
Parking at the back of the store was easy and convenient

I would just like to say a big thank you to one of the ladies in the clothes department. She went above and beyond her duties to help my dad Harry find what he was looking for, as it's a bit of a struggle for my dad to find what he wants. I think her name is Valda. It was at the Lowestoft branch. Thank you so much for your help.

Wonderful store, always a real pleasure. Very well presented and some excellent staff. Clever use of space and a lovely ambience. Beautiful displays. Constantly new, inspirational products in clothing, food and now with more available in toiletries and homeware, including some excellent plant based food, and a fabulous, diverse apothecary range, with some being vegan, including some wonderful candles, even eco, and cost effective refills, such as candles. Some great offers too. You can use your Sparks card/app aswell to support charities and receive some offers - free and discounted items. Great that you can order items to collect from store for free pick up too, via online or instore. Entrance/exits at the front and rear of the store, with some automatic doors. Also a small car park to the rear.

Used an M&S e voucher at Janet?s till at 12:30 today . Janet an elderly lady was very rude to my wife & I. My M&S E voucher as a payment method was all too much trouble for Janet ! I felt belittled by Janet?s constant huffing and rude comments whilst Janet tried to scan my E voucher barcode .

Visited this store yesterday and was helped at ?card only ? checkout by Stephen, who weighed the bananas, used my gift card and card to pay. Stephen made it so easy for me as I do not like using machines as I prefer a human being but Stephen made it effortless for me. Good staff training!!!!!

Tried to call in to discuss my elderly parent?s Christmas order. After 6 layers of bot nonsense I was put through to customer services only for the call to be ended after three attempts. Disgraceful customer service. There is also no easy way of getting past the endless FAQ?s online to send a message. Get this sorted - worst customer service I have encountered in retail for a ling time!
