I have always found the staff to be helpful & friendly, particularly since the staff from the now closed, Beccles branch, came over to Lowestoft. Lloyds Bank as a business are trying to force everybody onto 'online banking' - much more prone to bank fraud than at the branch. It's a case of 'USE IT OR LOSE IT!'

Customer service act like enemies! Rude and disrespectful. They keep you 1 hour on the phone asking stupid questions than hang up. Completely rubish
