Wow, Peter what can I say?.I am a single mum and had trying to buy mine and my sons dream home for a good 24 months?.Peter was with me every step of the way!! He always kept me informed and worked so hard to get us in our beautiful home?.we have now been here for two months and I still have to kick myself when I pull up outside our forever home. Peter really is a knight in shining armour and went above and beyond to make this happen for us. Forever grateful!!! Thank you Peter!!! X

First class service. I sold my house with Langwrights and cannot fault the service I received. They really seemed to care, nothing was too much trouble even when I called out of working hours. Moving can be stressful but they helped every step of the way, professional, informative and reliable. I highly recommend this small independent experienced estate agent and will use them again in the future.

After several months unsuccessfully trying to let my property with two different estate agents, I contacted Stan & Peter at Langwrights to see if they could help.Less than three weeks after that phone call my ideal tenant moved into my property!!Of course, there was a degree of luck involved, but the stand out difference between Langwrights and the others was their prompt communication and availability outside normal working hours. They also presented excellent property particulars and distributed these on several online platforms.Four potential candidates were put forward within two days of the advert going live, of which one was selected. Langwrights then immediately got on to referencing, which came back positive. The references took less than 4 days! To be fair, nobody has control over the response time of the referencing companys, but Langwrights wasted no time initiating the process.Anyhow, I?m delighted that Stan & Peter did a great job all round, particularly in facilitating a lightning quick service!I wholeheartedly recommend this business!

Professional and polished service throughout the whole process......The so called "Big Boys" were or seemed unable to sell my property and their customer service, feedback was virtually non existent. These guys were wonderful in every way, sold my property in double quick time, always on the end of the phone day or night and always willing to go the extra mile to make you the customer feel at ease and comfortable. Would HIGHLY recommend. Very competitively priced and really do make the so called bigger companies look very small. An absolute pleasure to work with. Keep up the good work

Excellent service from start to finish. One of the big problems we had during our purchase was both sets of solicitors not talking to each other, and I had a real fear that the sale might not go through because of it. Peter and Stan stepped in, made sure the information was being exchanged as it should have been and that the sale went through on time. It was much appreciated!
