Will not be going back here again.
Poor food hygiene

I haven't been to KFC in years as there was too much grief getting to it. Then recently the new bridge opened and it's a lot easier so I've been twice now, at the request of my family mind as I wouldn't bother going myself. What an utterly miserable, impersonal place it's become. You have to order on a touch screen. You can pay cash at the till but by the time you've done half their job for them on the touch screen you might as well just swipe your card. The only human interaction is staff shouting out your order number. No hello, thank you, do you need anything else, no goodbye. Just your food dumped in front of you. Then when you get home you find the chicken overcooked - very dark brown and overly crunchy. A young lad seemed very keen, falling over himself to take food to a table with a couple of young girls on it but when it comes to a crinkly old man they won't even speak to me.

Good service Staff friendly and attentive but found our food small portions for the 18.99 bucket and all very peppery. Chips were skin on and as said peppery wasn't given a choice so discovered when we got home so not worth taken back. Oh well we know not to go back for a while now!

Where do I start so after trying for 3 hours to order online delivery, I had to go out to go to the restaurant i asked picificly in our 6 pieces of chicken please can we have at least one breast as always get legs and wings when got home yep was all legs and wings again the 6 fillets were tiny and overcooked and so were the wings,
Order quite regularly from this kfc so quite disappointed

Have been to several KFC's in east anglia this is by far the best, service is fast, food hot and NOT soggy, staff helpful and pleasant, clean and value for money. Lily the team leader is adorable. Well done team.

Food is always good, never sat in restaurant. Don't understand the new waiting for food to be brought out from drive through even when it's not busy. Seems more work for the servers.

Just been in kfc in lowestoft chicken was over cooked to much salt it was awful we spent 28 pounds chips was cold this last time will go to lowestoft kfc never had awful kfc we would have taken it back but live 15 min away
