Found numerous long black hairs clung to the chicken. Staff rude at the window. Will not be going back here again. Poor food hygiene

I haven't been to KFC in years as there was too much grief getting to it. Then recently the new bridge opened and it's a lot easier so I've been twice now, at the request of my family mind as I wouldn't bother going myself. Good service Staff friendly and attentive but found our food small portions for the 18.99 bucket and all very peppery. Chips were skin on and as said peppery wasn't given a choice so discovered when we got home so not worth taken back. Oh well we know not to go back for a while now!
