during current petrol shortage/panic buying stuck the price up to 1.50 lt profiteering plain and simple everyone else stayed at around 1.37lthope people remember in future and never buy a drop of fuel from them.

Lovelly pizzas,nice kebabs and lovely southern chicken,made with proper chicken (not that boneless factory produced stuff and nice cooked chips.very clean and pleasant takeaway.5 star

Good selection of food and very clean service area. Good quick service and reasonably priced. We ordered in store but delivery is available. We would definitely use again. Recommended

Stayed on a 4 day break 24-28 May 21, 8 berth caravan it was ok not clean to COVID standards. The carpets needed a Hoover. The heating did not work. No information on how to contact for assistance. It was a cold week and the caravan was cold and damp. Got there on Monday the restaurant had no food. The fish and chip shop was shut. Not allowed to arrive until 1600 so panic to feed three hungry children was a nightmare. The launderette dryers were broke.

We were a large party from 2 households using 5 caravans. One couple had to move accommodation as it was so poor, 3 couples had to wait as the accommodation wasn't ready. Generally clean but not perfect considering Covid conditions. Litter outside, slow service in the club house, missing welcome packs in 2 of our vans, empty gas bottles and broken TV's. Might learn a thing or two from.a Haven Park!

This is an excellent site. Caravan was spotless. Most staff friendly. On a downside if you have a dog that is noise reactive THEN DO NOT STAY HERE. There are VERY loud bird scarers going ALL day from 7am till dusk. Over 10 an hour, gas ones. This totally ruined my holiday as my dog wouldn't walk anywhere and this effected his stay. So lovely place but can't return.

Like the place, but sooo badly run so many times. There always seems to be crazy stuff happening. Today I got a phone call cancelling my touring booking because the ground is waterlogged.... this is the 3rd time it's happened. The staff have previously admitted that it can be solved with better drainage, but the staff acknowledge the bosses seem to not care or can't be bothered. I CARE... my daughter is in tears as everywhere else is fully booked and we will not have to stay at home. Veeery poor. To top it off... the phone lines have been shut all day despite the website saying they are open. 3 staff on the online chat have taken 30+mins to tell me absolutely nothing, and one ended the chat part way through. Have used parkresorts for years, but need to look elsewhere :((((

We stayed Monday to Friday . I had upgraded my Sunsavers break and spoke to a very helpful member of staff prior to the stay who helped me select the best caravan of that grade to suit the needs of our party. When we arrived our caravan wasn't quite ready so we went to the bar and enjoyed a drink on the covered terrace with heaters. We used the Parkdean app and found it easy to use. Our caravan was soon ready and well cleaned. We stayed in 15 Beach Close. The location was along the edge of the site and we didn't feel hemmed in by other caravans. We were lucky that not all of the nearby caravans were occupied and the road in front was not busy. In fact, the only noise was from a bird scare that ocassionally went off in the distance and a peacock in a nearby garden which liked to squawk sometimes. The caravan was well equipped and a good size with two large sofas, a dining table for 6, a good size double bedroom and two snug twin bedrooms. There was a shower room with toilet which was a Jack and Jill arrangement with the main bedroom and corridor and a separate toilet which was handy but odd layout with the loo at an angle to the wall to save space. We didn't use the entertainment facilities which had just opened again following lockdown easing except the bar terrace which was nice. The location near the beach is perfect but be aware that the beach is probably and the sea can be rough. We really enjoyed our stay.

To start with the caravan wasn?t as clean as we would have expected seeing as these should have been deep cleaned you wouldn?t expect to find food crumbs and dried milk in the fridge. however the housekeeping manger was on hand to deal with this. It was nice to see the upgrade of TVs to smart ones BUT no WiFi so it couldn?t be used properly. If you are going to offer these services then please make sure that are ready for use OR advise in advance of the delay. The fish snd chip shop on site was closed due to refurbishment! You?ve had months to do this why wait until the park opens? The track and trace system of completing a form needs attention as everyone is given the same pen to use and it?s not been wiped clean. Staff are nice, friendly and helpful .

To be fair they did come around to our caravan and ask us if we had any issues and we told them the caravan smelt like dog they said they could clean the carpet and sofa but everything will be wet. Why didnt they do that before we come? so we decided to do this the next day( while we was out.) The next day poured down with rain so we couldnt leave the caravan. So they couldnt carry out the cleaning..( To be honest i would have gone home but we had a holiday booked straight after this one about three miles up the road so we didnt want to go all the way back home then come all the way back again.) The fish and chip shop was shut for a week for repairs? they have been shut for months due to covid couldnt they have done the work then. Bad.

During these testing times we have nothing but praise for all the staff we met. Lovely walks on th beach which is shingle. Very nice roomy heated caravan Never used the bar or restaurant as we didn't want to sit outside, bit chilly. We've stayed here lots of times and always had a nice caravan even on the Sun newspaper holidays looking forward to returning soon.

Just had a lovely break at Parkdean Kessingland Beach Holiday Park. Even as we slowly emerge from lock-down we had a great time. The caravan was clean and spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The park was great, right on the beach. The local restaurant/pub "The Sailors Home "was lovely, great staff, great food and ale. We visited lots of interesting places, Southwold being outstanding. We will be back.

Accommodation was great, certain staff Louise and Ryan were very friendly. Standard menu for food. Buttttt Loved the fresh beer. Breakfast was really tasty. Chip shop guys full of banter. Check in easy and safe. Great from start to finish...
